A 3×10 forced matrix is a structured commission system commonly used in network marketing and multi-level marketing (MLM). In this model:
- Each member can have a maximum of 3 direct referrals (frontline).
- The structure goes 10 levels deep.
- Once a level is filled, spillover occurs, meaning new referrals overflow into the next available spot in the downline.
How It Works:
- First Level (Direct Referrals): A person can directly sponsor only 3 people.
- Second Level: Each of these 3 people can also recruit 3, leading to 9 members in level 2.
- Growth Continues: The structure expands exponentially down 10 levels (3, 9, 27, 81, etc.).
- Spillover: If a member refers more than 3, the extra recruits are placed in the next available spot within the matrix.
